Briquette factory from agave fiber (Tequila)

The factory is a solution to transform what was waste and environmental liability into a high-quality fuel.

In early 2011, Lippel entered into an important commercial partnership with Carbon Diversion Latin America, a Mexican company, to enable the production of briquettes from the agave plant (Agave tequilana).

The Agave tequilana is a Mexican plant and an important economic product due to its role as the main ingredient in the production of tequila, a highly appreciated alcoholic beverage worldwide.

The Briquette Factory is already operational and in the video above, produced by the Mexican company, the entire briquette manufacturing process and the great opportunity enabled by Lippel technology are described.
