The mobile Compost Turner is used to optimize the parameters of the biological decomposition of compost in piles, to accelerate this process through oxygenation/aeration, moistening, and heat release. The shaft with a diameter of 1.2 m allows reaching a capacity of approximately 3000 m3 per hour of compost in prisms up to 4.5 m wide and up to 2.2 m high. The shaft can operate at speeds of up to 220 rpm. The direction can be changed at any time by the operator, even during operation. The working elements are made of high-strength Hardox steel that increases the lifespan of parts and equipment. The Pronar Compost Turner cabin is equipped with air conditioning and heating system, ensuring comfort in all working conditions. The air cleaning system in the cabin complies with EN-15695 Cat. 4 standard, guaranteeing clean air without dust and odors from work. Optional equipment: Oil heating system, for working in low temperatures, and CB Radio, which allows the operator to constantly communicate with the composting plant.
