Power utility company adapts tree pruning services to branches and tree trunks grinding in a more efficient and practical way with Lippel technology.
The investment's objective will be to perform maintenance and cleaning of tree pruning, thus avoiding power outages or accidents due to branches falling on the distributor's electrical wiring.
The Scorpion PTU 300 was developed for heavy and continuous work, turning green waste into material prepared for composting.
According to the customer, the high rate of power supply interruptions is caused by trees near the power lines that do not receive maintenance and cleaning frequently. The crusher acquired from Lippel will achieve greater efficiency, productivity, and up to 90% reduction in financial costs for this activity, providing autonomy and creating a preventive plan for controlling tree pruning near power lines.
In addition, in order to handle the equipment correctly and perform the work safely, live-line electricians who will perform the cutting and grinding of prunings, representatives from the transportation, safety, and maintenance departments participated in training with Lippel in theoretical and practical classes, presenting the entire operational plan, safety measures, transportation, and practical testing of the newly acquired equipment.
Lippel develops its equipment according to customer demand, standards, and needs, meeting all operational safety standards, emission standards, and transportation regulations according to Denatran and Inmetro.
In summary, the technology acquired from Lippel will provide the customer with approximately 90% gain in green waste logistics. The equipment serves as a facilitation tool in the daily work of cutting and handling prunings, making the operation practical, comfortable, and correct, transforming pruning waste into material ready for composting.
The Lippel Scorpion 300 equipment features a segmented blade drum rotor cutting system, a national 4-cylinder diesel engine generator with low noise levels, reduced fuel consumption, and lower pollutant emissions. This Scorpion Lippel system offers speed and easy adaptation in grinding and processing various types of waste.
