Recently, Lippel carried out the technical delivery of a Scorpion PTU 300 branch Crusher in a city in Santa Catarina. The equipment was acquired to bring more agility and economy in the logistics of transporting waste from tree pruning and will be fully utilized for composting, generating organic fertilizer, and beautifying squares.
In the technical operation training, all safety points, actuators, and protections according to NR 12 were presented, as well as periodic lubrication, sharpening and alignment of rotary blades, along with a blade sharpening device, an item provided with the Crusher.
It ensures more efficiency and high production capacity with low operational cost, its performance is that of a medium-sized forest chipper, however, with the ability to move in urban areas and highways. It is capable of shredding/chipping green waste up to 30 centimeters in diameter.
Thanks to its versatility and productivity, this branch Crusher has become the most chosen equipment by professionals in service provision, environmental consortia, and municipalities, in addition to being certified with the correct approval for displacement in urban areas.
Concept of the Scorpion PTU line Crushers platform, with a cutting drum rotor, high performance, and high productivity, offering the operator greater comfort and safety in feeding the equipment, being able to shred diversified materials such as bushes, palm fibers, and larger branches with forks. I highlight a great differential of this system being the particles in micro chips of the shredded materials, offering a reduction in volumes of up to 90%, facilitating the application of the product as compost.
