Delivery of a Composting Plant in the state of São Paulo

Assembly and delivery of a composting unit at a gelatin industry in the state of São Paulo have been completed. The project consists of receiving all the prunings and green materials from landfills and urban cleaning, where they will be shredded in a PTU 300.

The residues - leftovers from the gelatin industry, industrial sludge, etc. - will be mixed with the shredded residues and placed in piles. Later, in the composting phase, the products will undergo screening and homogenization of the material, and can be marketed as compost. The rejects from the sieve go through crushing and return to the process for composting.
