Equipment Demonstration - Bio 120 Branch Shredder

Always aiming to provide more security and confidence to our customers, we had the pleasure of demonstrating the operation of the Bio 120.

The test was carried out with a group of people at our client's residence, after all, the idea was to shred the materials to see how the equipment would perform in their daily lives.

The Bio 120 has a unique cutting system in the market which makes it an exclusive equipment, drum cutting system, is a system that allows the customer greater production requiring less power from the gasoline or electric motor, resulting in greater fuel and energy savings. Another exclusive advantage is the cutting opening of 12cm x 30cm, providing ease when feeding the equipment, being able to introduce twisted, forked or even green materials.

The tests were carried out with branches and small logs of pine, eucalyptus, and various garden tree prunings, we had a great result, the equipment performed as expected.

The agronomist who accompanied the demonstration reported that the final material was excellent for use in composting, and our client was impressed with the equipment's performance.

- As it is an equipment for shredding branches, it met expectations.

But we always like to give something extra, we took the opportunity to demonstrate the Bio120 with dried palm leaves, green leaves, organic waste, and other fibrous materials. The leaves passed easily and were well shredded by the equipment, turning into a valuable material.

It is also important to emphasize the reduction in material volume, what previously occupied 1 cubic meter now occupies less than 30% of that space, which really facilitates if there is a need to handle the material from one place to another.
