Hercules 1000 R for production of large-sized wood chips.

The Hercules 1000 R was designed with the aim of meeting the demands for the production of large-sized chips, also for use in furnaces in the mining industries, which produce silicon, magnesium, ferroalloys, and pressure die casting.

 

Our client, in this case, needed to produce large-sized chips to use in ore production furnace chambers.

 

The benefits of this use are the reduction of production costs and the use of natural resources, as well as the possibility of producing cheaper and more competitive steel.

 

The Hercules 1000 R has a special rotor of large dimensions, and forms chips from 4 centimeters up to 12 centimeters. Material extraction at 5 meters high, being tiltable and directional.
