Mato Grosso do Sul reinforces urban cleaning with new branch Crushers.

Naviraí, MS - The Municipality of Naviraí, through the Municipal Environmental Management, has just acquired two new branch Crushers, significantly strengthening the cleaning of the city's public roads. The Crushers were obtained through a partnership with Itaipu Binacional and CONISUL - Intermunicipal Consortium for the Development of the Southern Region of Mato Grosso do Sul.

 

The new branch Crushers, model PDU 260 D, have diesel engines and a "no-stress" self-feeding system. This system ensures continuous and efficient operation, even with more resistant materials. With a cutting capacity of up to 23 cm in diameter and a production of 12 to 15 m³/h, the Crushers promise to revolutionize tree waste management in Naviraí.

 

 

The use of these Crushers will allow a reduction of over 70% in the volume of materials from pruning and tree extractions. The produced substrate can be used for fertilization, composting, landscaping, and soil protection, promoting sustainability and economy. The reduction in the volume of materials also reduces the number of trips needed to transport the branches to the debris deposit, optimizing collection and transportation services.

 

The PDU 260 D stands out for its safety and ease of operation, with an emergency bar surrounding the chute, wide feeding opening, and an outlet duct with a deflector, ensuring proper disposal of the shredded material. The independent hydraulic system offers autonomy as a mobile unit, making it ideal for cleaning urban roads and green areas.

 

 

This acquisition reaffirms the commitment of the Municipality of Naviraí to sustainability and the quality of life of the population. The partnership with Itaipu Binacional and CONISUL demonstrates the dedication of the Municipal Administration to seek innovative solutions for the management of natural resources.
