T-Rex 1000 brings efficiency to Chilean client

The T-REX 1000 is a Chipper and Crusher that delivers high efficiency and versatility. It is more than a machine, serving various productive sectors, with rotors dedicated to specific demands such as chipping, grinding, and shredding.

 

There are two rotor options in this machine, hammers and knives. This particular customer used the hammer rotor to shred highly contaminated materials, with a lot of sand and mud, such as roots, trimmings, wood scraps from the industry, stumps, blocks, among others.

 

Materials like stumps, blocks, and residues from the wood processing industry have always been a problem in Chile due to the lack of proper application. Now, using the T-REX 1000 with a hammer rotor, the result was a high-quality material acceptable for sale as wood chips.

 

It is equipment that has a production capacity of 100T/H with low average consumption, highlighting the importance of an efficient and optimized cutting system that utilizes all the power and torque of the motor. With simple and functional controls, it allows maneuvers for forest access as well as loading and unloading maneuvers for transportation.
