Performance testing and approval

Lippel has a policy of testing its machines before sending them to customers. They undergo tough 24-hour tests in full operation where the machine is pushed to its limits. All aspects are carefully examined and the results must meet the specified standards. Various analyses and data on temperature, vibration, consumption, cutting capacity, and production are collected and stored in our system. If they meet the specifications, the machine is cleaned, painted, and sent to its final destination, a more than satisfied customer. In the latest test conducted on a PFL 500x900 M-C destined for Chile, the machine achieved an incredible production of 182m³ of wood chips in just 1 hour using a 317 HP engine. This is an amazing number for such a compact machine with low installed power. We thank the entire team involved in the development of this super machine!
