Our client will be providing the service in the city of Paranavai in the state of Paraná and local region, for a large electricity distribution group in the state. This green waste comes from trees that are in the middle of low, medium, and high voltage power lines and also around wires that could potentially reach;

The Chipper/Shredder LIPPEL will shred all the material removed and accumulated from pruning in this work, all shredded material will be marketed in the region, being destined as organic fertilizer and soil cover.

The benefits and gains of owning the Lippel chipper/shredder will be the ease of correctly disposing of green waste, being a fundamental equipment to carry out this cutting and pruning collection work, with this, the client will be able to market the shredded material, will reduce freight logistics by 80%, will have a 50% reduction in cutting and collecting branches, and will also be contributing to the environment.

The Chipper/Shredder equipment model LIPPEL PDU 260 D, has diesel motorization in desired powers from 40 to 60Hp, cutting capacity for dense materials up to Ø230 mm in diameter and wide feeding chute to consume the large volume of branches. Fuel consumption in intense work will be approximately 04 liters of Diesel per hour.

One of the great differentials of this generation of LIPPEL shredders is the large feeding opening and low maintenance cost, as it is a national equipment, designed for the needs of work in urban areas, considering that, as we live in a tropical climate country, green waste has a higher density and abrasiveness in its composition.
