Technical visit and inspection of the PDU 250 G wood chipper and shredder with tipping bucket.

Last week we received a technical visit at Lippel's facilities from our customer who acquired the PDU 250 G equipment with a tipping bucket. The customer, located in Cuiabá - MT, is one of the units of the entire group, with its headquarters in Cataguases - MG and other units also in PB, SE, RJ, MS, TO, PR and SP, present in 788 municipalities. This group has been in the market for 110 years, offering integrated solutions for the Brazilian electricity market, in distribution, generation, and commercialization.

A demanding company in terms of specifications, they visited the company not only to get to know our unit, but also to inspect the equipment, being satisfied with the result obtained.

The purchased chipper underwent several quality tests. It is equipment that had been in project for 3 months, with a specialized team to make it an efficient solution.

Nowadays, seeing a truck with tree branches is outdated. Today, chippers not only reduce volume, but also reduce transportation costs, as more volume can be loaded than if the waste were not shredded. With this new chipper, exclusively produced by Lippel, the waste can be unloaded into its own bucket, eliminating the need for a truck to load them, further reducing costs. It can be easily moved and is authorized to drive on public roads.
