The TR2 Crushers are characterized by having two shafts with a special type of blades that break and cut the material working at low speed and high torque. They range in power from 10 to 350 HP and the upper line is above 40 HP, being able to be used in the processing of harder materials, such as televisions, computers, appliances (washing machines and refrigerators), tires, to name a few examples.

The cutting action and its result are related to the thickness and number of hooks of the blades, where the thickness of the blade defines the width of the fraction, while the hooks define the length of the cut. For different types of waste that will be shredded, an appropriate selection of blade type is necessary.

Furthermore, the machines can be optionally ordered with a type of sieve that controls the output particle size more. Thicker blades for tires and ferrous materials are characterized for this application.
