The Forest Chipper Truck Chipper Truck Jacaré 700 M-S is a versatile and high-production capacity machine, capable of producing up to 90 m³/h of wood chips, with the ability to chip logs up to 400 mm in diameter. It can be mounted on trucks or other vehicles, or positioned statically in yards. It has its own engine and various options for feed conveyor sizes. The rotor can be equipped with 4 or 8 knives, allowing the production of chips of different sizes. The Jacaré 700 M-S is mounted on an exclusive chassis that facilitates low-height feeding, both manually and by crane, speeding up the processing of whole trees and reducing the need for labor. The new generation of 8T or 4T drums increases cutting efficiency and reduces fuel consumption. In addition, the adjustable hydraulic system allows varying the feed speed, producing chips with dimensions between 20 to 65 mm. The machine is also compact, facilitating transportation in the forest environment. The Jacaré 700 M-S Roll-On version is built on the Roll-On Roll-Off platform, allowing for quick loading and unloading by the truck. It also produces up to 90 m³/h of wood chips and chips logs up to 400 mm in diameter, with several options for feed conveyors and a 280° rotating chute with discharge deflector for easy chip direction. The innovative series of Chippers from Lippel, including the Jacaré 700 M, uses a multi-knife drum for homogeneous and high-quality chipping of a variety of woods. Equipped with a diesel engine, it is independent and mobile, ideal for high production capacity. It has a useful opening of 410 x 708 mm and produces an average of 70 m³/h of homogeneous chips, being an excellent fuel for boilers and furnaces.
