The Hercules series features machines that offer versatility and power. It is the largest Brazilian Forestry Chipper capable of running on highways.

 

They are chippers mounted on a semi-trailer chassis with 4 axles and air brake with ABS. Specially developed for the machine and approved by the DMV for road transport without the need for a special license. We paid special attention to the height, which does not exceed 4.2 m, to reduce the center of mass and allow clearance over wires.

 

One of the advantages of the machine's large feed opening is the ease of receiving bulky materials such as trees from orange orchards with many branches and roots, and entire trees from the forestry sector, ensuring efficiency in the process.

 

The rotor has, optionally, the capacity to work with more or fewer knives, thus increasing the machine's ability to chip larger diameter logs without forcing or jamming the machine.

 

Both machines have material extraction via a tilting and articulating 80° conveyor belt that raises the material to 5 meters high, facilitating loading onto any type of truck.

 

The Hercules 1400 has a useful width of 1.4 m, a huge pulling roller, and power above 600 HP.

 

The Hercules 1000 R was designed to meet the demands for production of large-sized wood chips. It has a special rotor of large dimensions and forms chips from 4 centimeters up to 12 centimeters.
