The TRS Crushers are characterized by having a shaft in a toothed rotor that works at low/medium rotation. The material is fed through its hopper with a movable bottom drawer type with hydraulic movement that presses the material against the rotor.

The cutting action and its result are related to the rotating inserts and fixed blades that transform the material into a medium/small fraction while the sieve ensures homogeneity and good particle size distribution with the possibility of variations of the crushed material. Extractions can occur via screw, belt, or pneumatic.

Suitable for processing a wide range of materials for a uniform particle size. The output products can usually be sold as is, or sent for further processing through additional equipment (granulators, briquetters, etc.). Yields typically range between 300kg/h to 20,000kg/h depending on the machine model, material type, sieve size, and application.

It is ideal for shredding waste from the furniture industry (MDF, MDP furniture scraps, parquet, remnants), paper and cellulose industry (wood, sheets, cardboard), industrial waste (pallets, plastics), recycling (electronic waste, cans, drums, cables), automotive (filters, radiators, gaskets, batteries, panels, foams, rubbers), medical waste, packaging, among other applications.
