The Lippel wood chipper is characterized by its high versatility in processing small biomass with various sizes, such as wood logs and chips, bark, roots, stumps, etc., turning them into uniform and easy-to-handle material. It has a structural quality sheet metal body, entirely welded, and a rotor with 2 or 4 dynamically and statically balanced knives. The counter-knife system has automatic adjustment, while the knives are externally adjusted to the machine with an appropriate template. An integrated classifier sieve in its body and a second counter-knife process the non-chipped particles. The feeding is done through the upper inlet hopper and the discharge is at the bottom, by gravity or exhaust. Protections against involuntary start-up ensure the integrity of the machine and operator.
