Tons and tons of garbage are discarded every day. What many people do not know is that a large part of these waste materials can be reused through recycling.
Recycling is essential to reduce the garbage discarded in the environment and to reduce the consumption of raw materials in the industry, preserving natural resources.
And for materials to be recycled correctly, there is a separation process called sorting. The waste is separated according to their characteristics, in order to generate greater commercial value and greater utilization of the discarded materials.
The sorting plant is the ideal place to carry out the entire reuse process.
The material to be recycled is separated and then pressed. After that, it is directed or sold to different companies that operate in various sectors and need this material for the manufacture of their products.
Lippel has semi-automatic sorting projects, where employees use sorting conveyors to classify the waste. Being a national product, they are designed with added cost-benefit and financial value much lower compared to imported equipment.
The facilities must be in accordance with the standards provided by law. We develop the project only after the inspection of the location to be built, so that it fully adapts to the work environment and the needs of each customer.
With the correct separation of waste, it is possible to transform organic material into compost and inorganic material into fuel to generate energy.
How it works
Waste separation occurs in three stages:
- Isolation of recyclable waste
- Generation of organic raw material for product composition
- Crushing and drying of rejects
It has the capacity to process up to 20 tons of waste per day, according to the customer's objective.
