Utilization of waste generated in pencil manufacturing

The company, aiming to maintain its Zero Carbon cycle, chose Lippel machines for the profitable and environmentally friendly use of the waste generated from pencil manufacturing.

This month, Lippel installed a briquetting system in an important factory of pencils and school supplies.

This factory produces pencils using reforested wood. However, the production of these products generates a large amount of wood waste that can be reused. To achieve the goal of maximizing wood reuse and recycling, the company acquired another briquetting machine to compact the wood waste into high-density energy briquettes.

The use of this waste has now allowed for maximum wood recycling, utilizing it in all stages, from raw material to thermal bioenergy.
