Industrial Wood Chipper
Drum Chipper with Traction Roller PTL 250/345 X 500
These industrial wood chippers are designed to shred bulky materials, which are normally difficult to process such as green biomass from urban centers, nurseries, forest plantations, and also for companies with leftover laminates.
In these places, bushes, branches, whole trees, edge boards, and wood chips are obtained, among others.
The front articulation of the traction roller increases the capacity to receive bulky materials.
The traction roller of the chipper improves the material traction into the chipper, reducing the volume to improve the cutting point.
The customer's requirement regarding the chip specification is met according to the choice of drum or rotor.
It is a machine widely used by companies that produce organic compost, urban cleaning service providers, landscaping companies, and laminate industries.
Drum Chipper with Traction Roller PTL 250/345 x 600
The PTL 250/345 x 600 is part of the industrial chippers line with traction roller, it was designed to meet the high volume of shredding of branches, trunks, and bushes, with 750 mm diameter drums, it is heavier and more robust.
With this wood chipper, you can shred various types of wood, its production is from 40 to 80 m³ per hour, varying depending on the type of material being shredded.
The PTL250/345 x 600 meets the need for shredding a large volume of organic waste from pruning, and the resulting shredded material can be used to produce quality organic fertilizer through composting. It is also used for shredding forest wood to produce wood chips for burning in furnaces.
Chipper and Crusher PTL 250/345 x 1300
The Chipper and Crusher PTL 250/345x1300 is a robustly manufactured machine designed to meet the demand for shredding wide materials such as pallets and other recycling woods, all in just one pass. It has a 400 mm vertical opening and a 1300 mm horizontal opening.
It has two options for the cutting system: One option is the chisel hammer rotor, which shreds wood contaminated with nails and staples very well and does not require sharpening. The other option is the knife rotor, more dedicated to shredding clean materials. Both produce chips with good granulometric distribution and homogeneity.
